Building Permits and Inspections

The City of Spring Park contracts with Safebuilt for all permitting, building plan review, and building inspections within our community.

Spring Park’s inspectors are responsible for commercial and residential construction plan review, and inspections during construction.  All remodels, demolition, plumbing, and mechanical applications should be sent directly to City Hall at jkhoffman@ci.spring-park.mn.us.  Electrical inspections are issued by the State of MN, all electrical permit applications should be sent directly to the state.  The application forms can be found at Electrical permits - homeowners | Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry
