1. CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Mayor Rockvam at 7:01 p.m.
Council Members Present: Jerome P. Rockvam, Mayor; Pamela Horton; Gary Hughes, and Catherine Kane Palen
Council Members Absent: Megan Pavot
Staff Present: Dan Tolsma, City Administrator; and Theresa Schyma, City Clerk
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – Mayor Rockvam led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. ADOPT MEETING AGENDA

a. Mayor & Council – Council Member Hughes provided an update from the most recent LMCD meeting that included the public hearing on May 23, 2018 for transient dock slips at 5th Street Ventures. He stated that after the public hearing there was a vote in favor of having the LMCD attorney create language regarding the four transient dock slips that will be considered at their June 13 regular meeting.
