Spring Park Planning Commission is Accepting Applications

The City of Spring Park is accepting applications for a vacancy on its advisory Planning Commission.  Planning Commissioners are appointed by the City Council.  The Spring Park Planning Commission meets the second Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. at City Hall.

The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council regarding land use including variances, development projects, commercial and temporary signage, ordinances, and city beautification.  This is an opportunity for a resident of Spring Park to serve their community and to learn more about municipal government and its functions.

Spring Park residents interested in applying for the current opening should call or email Mike Anderson, City Administrator for more information at 952-999-7493 or manderson@ci.spring-park.mn.us. Applications are located on the Spring Park website on the Home page under Community, News and Announcements, or can be picked up at City Hall, or emailed to the applicant upon request. 

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled with interviews to follow.
