CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 23, 2022 – 5:00 PM
SPRING PARK CITY HALL
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rockvam called the meeting to order at 5:05PM
2. ADOPT MEETING AGENDA
Council Member Hoffman motioned, being seconded by Council Member Hughes, to adopt the meeting agenda as presented. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
3. REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES
a. Mayor & Council:
i. City Administrator Employment Agreement
ii. Appoint City Administrator
Council Member Hoffman motioned, being seconded by Council Member Chase, to approve the City Administrator Employment Agreement and appoint Mike Anderson as the new City Administrator. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
There being no further discussion, Council Member Hoffman motioned, being seconded by Council Member Chase to adjourn the meeting at 5:08p.m. On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously approved.
