Administration and Finance

The Administrative Services Department serves the city in a variety of areas, including communications, elections, finance, human resources, information technology, and utility billing.

The City Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the City under the direction of the City Council and advises the Council in matters of general policy, personnel, budget, and procedure.
